Standards for Performance, Conduct and Ethics:

1. We identify all hidden and vulnerable areas within and around our assigned territories through thorough surveillance, and we establish a monitoring system that effectively covers all established blindspots.
2. We carry out frequent and random patrol movement to prevent attackers from predicting surveillance patterns. These patrols are remotely coordinated and recorded.
3. We also perform supervised fitness exercises to maintain excellent physical form and performance.
4. We conduct regular emergency drills to ensure rapid reaction times in event of real emergencies.
5. We maintain strict, single-minded and undistracted dedication to protective duty. We pride ourselves in exceptional focus on professionalism and dignity.
6. We engage in absolutely no secondary duties or tasks, such as gate opening, car washing, or any domestic assistance. Such things are regarded as compromise and distraction that jeopardise our quality of protection and lower our guard.
7. We practice very respectful, warm, and friendly interaction with clients and all authorised personnel.
8. We also keep to very brief and minimum interaction with non-security personnel to maintain our protective focus and professionalism.
